I can't even ... I wonder how to make him pay for his squatting at Stornoway - every single penny out of his own pocket. Not because I'm vindictive. I'm not (maybe :), but because he is NOT eligible for it, so why does an average hardworking taxpayer have to pay his bills now? Once again, WHY?

It's presumed he'll win the easy riding. Too costly to move out then move in again and disruptive to the school schedule with the kids. Leniency afforded but perhaps with a condition; if he doesn't win he should cover the extra months at his cost.
