Thank you. I appreciate it. I was just a short wobble in the end. My nervous system got a little disregulated, but my therapist had previously shown me how to deal with it, so I was just going to take a break. I’m around again now just for shorter periods

It's very too much at times on here and mega depressing. I can't fault you for walking away from time to time.
