Grado is a beloved goofball known for good vibes. Basically, that's all there is to it. A local guy who is known for bringing the good energy by not taking himself seriously. Infectious energy (especially if they can use 'Like a Prayer' for his entrance)

The fans will definitely know the assignment if given the task. - I would say you don't necessarily even need the licensed track, if you just gave them a cue to sing it themselves. And Tony could play dumb, and say "I didn't know they'd do that". Lol

it would be covered by PRS and/or PPL in the UK, so technically they can play it in the arena in full as part of a show (for which the artist would get paid a set fee) and then just edit it out for broadcast leaving in the crowd

I think he is or was in a sitcom in the UK. I never watched it. He was also a former ICW world champion beating Drew Galloway for it. You don't have to care though as his style is a bit generic and he is more of a charisma-based talent
