This isn't surprising to me. Disappointing yes, but not surprising. I think Crown has a big presence in the US. We lived in two states and the liquor stores in both always had HUGE Crown Royal sections and displays. We are a but a blip on their radar

I was a JD drinker, then when they pulled it off the shelves, tried other spirits. CR, Wiser's, tequila, vodka. Just didn't stick with any of them, so now, just red wine. Mostly Canadian ones, few other countries. Hard liquor is too expensive anyway, don't need it, lol.

I agree. However I have a friend in my home province that works at the distillery In Gimli where it is made previously shipped to Ontario to be bottled. What really bother me was the labeling. Toronto Canada it stated. No itβs made in Gimliβ¦.

Unless they are using Non North American products, they are CUSMA compliant so no tariffs They should have pushed it out until they were really going to be hit with tariffs I get why, just not done at the right time

My son buys Ironworks products, but we've never been to the distillery. Definitely will stop in when we go to Lunenburg next time - especially since it's in an old blacksmith workshop! We only happened upon Glenora while visiting a great-aunt. It's a beautiful property.
