I get it, but by your rationale Fifty Shades of Grey or Sadie and the Pool Boy or Youporndotcom would be ok for under 10s. Communities are allowed to have standards. Whether they constitute censorship is going to depend on your point of view. I am against censorship but for standards esp for kids.

When I used to work there, I quickly realized it was populated by more and more confidently wrong people the further North I traveled. Still has a sizable number of people who think Dinosaurs and humans lived at the same time, more than any other province I've worked in. So this tracks.

My spouse keeps thinking that getting out of America means we won’t have to deal with this kind of shit anymore. I say it’s spreading beyond our border 🤷♀️ Seems like nowhere will be safe as extreme weather makes issues worse (food, immigration, etc.) and these order / control tactics more appealing.

My dad’s retired with Social Security and Medicare, but can’t regularly afford an eye treatment. Even at 90 he doesn’t want handouts, but can’t work because the government will take half. It’s almost as if the whole thing’s designed to give just enough to keep people from losing their shit.
