I am living proof. I was immunocompromised since a hospital-borne virus in 2/2018. I caught severe COVID early on 2/12/20. By March 1, I could barely leave my house. I needed a 2hr nap after 30min commute, only working 1-2 hrs/day. After July vaccine my work tolerance doubled, again after 2nd vax.
