Birth control most definitely has an impact on political behavior. Self determination, non-dependence on patriarchy, career/family choices, family planning, mobility (geographical and socio/economic), and oh so many more ways women have political power when we have rights over our own bodies.

There are some things that have been invented that once seen & known, simply cannot be unseen or undone. The wheel, the printing press, the combustion engine, computers, cell phones & safe, effective birth control. It cannot be unseen because very weird people with control issues say so.

I have a bumper sticker on my car that reads: "Be Glad Women Want Equality And Not Revenge."

Yes, stripping away women’s control over their own bodies makes weak men euphoric. Makes them feel in charge, without the competition.
