Although I loved my Mom's calif style tacos(deep fried corn tortillas full of enchilada sauce spiced ground beef with Lots of lettuce cheese tomatos and black olives) But the best part was being the first one up the next morning to get one of the few cold ones left for breakfast. It is a thing!

FUN FACT...... The "Pancake" can be transformed into a "Taco" by simply folding it and then stuffing it with your favorite stuffing whatevers.

In Korea, where I lived for a little bit, they have exactly the same food for breakfast as for the other meals (rice, kim chi, fish soup, etc). I got so I really liked it, and now for breakfast I usually just dump an egg on top of dinner leftovers and go about the rest of my day. :)
