Agreed. In fact, I often say that, when others are scolding about "distractions." But this one is really low priority. And extremely low probability of working. So let's concentrate on a thousand other things instead, that ARE more important and DO have some chance of working.

While the the deck is stacked against in law and the courts, chaos & entropy know no master. We need to present to Trump a constant churn, bad weather, a head wind every opportunity we can. We might not find transactional success, but we can get in the way, which is the best we have at the moment.

Again, I generally agree. But I think that there does come a point where Trump would be happy to have something stupid like this to focus as much media attention on as possible. I'd much rather have him in court about something important and potentially winnable. Or at least that makes him squirm.
