I use either 160 or 120 micron bags and invert them over the top of a 5gal bucket and dry sift seedy bud. Water is problematic. The stuff dries and smokes OK but if stored ends up wet. But yeah. Hash is the best!

Dry sift is always going to be the caviar of hash. I have zero problems with water and have yet to receiver any complaints about what comes out of my work - both hash and rosin. It it comes down to technique.
