It’s not just that. Each AI produces pollution equivalent to a large city in a concentrated area. Grok’s supercomputer facility for example located outside of Memphis is poisoning surrounding neighborhoods so much that people have trouble breathing outside their homes and respiratory issues inside

xAI is being run by around 15 methane turbines, one of which is enough for an entire city block. So, this is obviously a problem. I don’t use Grok anymore and don’t support any of Musk’s companies. But the pollution argument is not winning anyone over. It’s public health we have to worry about.
