Putin’s heaviest leverage over Mango Mussolini is financial. Putin can always order Russian banks & Oligarch investors to call in their loans to Trump Org., offload/abandon their Trump properties (starving the business of the annual upkeep/maintenance fees), & dump Trump crypto.
