Exactly. There are means of balancing out advantage without excluding whole groups. And we already tolerate some group’s genetic advantages.

You wouldn’t and no one is suggesting that. But with testosterone blockers you could have teams with trans women that met existing tolerance to genetic difference. Because trans women are women.
