oh god no vomiting, been there, and I was surprised by this bloke's technique because epley's as a rule is done a lot quicker, but this guy was an ear, nose and throat surgeon, before moving into general practise for a few years, then setting up this clinic...runs on the board...

That’s why I commented on gentle. I’m surprised. It was awful for my other half. I’m happy you found someone with a better way.
