It isn't like these cuts go into place overnight. Hospitals, clinics and insurance companies have to plan SIGNIFICANTLY in advance for these changes. Regulatory requirements mean affected people will receive letters a MINIMUM of 60 days ahead of time. Oopsie - just days before 2026 elections.
