My job depends on the wine industry in northern CA. Lots of wineries are struggling. Lots of layoffs and pending bankruptcies. Wine is often seen as “upscale”, so it gets hit when upscale folks have to cut back. But the folks making the wine (and losing money) are farmers, not snooty gazillionaires.
The biggest of the winemakers are Republican stooges - Gallo and Franzia. I pity their growers but they can go straight to christofascist hell. We need a list of democracy supporting companies. Let's make one.

It also depends on permits. 50 states, 50 sets of rules. Some permits let you sell wine to individual customers. Some let you ship wine to individual states. Some let you sell wine to stores. The bigger the winery, the more permits they have, and the broader their reach. Bigger is NOT better. Lol

Can’t blame you. My international shipping has cratered. Several of my European customers use a freight forwarder in Delaware. I ship to DE, and it gets forwarded to Norway, Denmark, etc. Those companies that specialize in international shipping are hurting bad.
