Not my clip, guess he is holding them tight to film them so they can't move. You can see the feet aren't bound together between 0:02-0:03 but have a marker ring, guess it's a scientist filming this and the birds are treated well.🐦

He's holding their feet so they can't fly. They will supposedly hold still when you do this. I'm surprised the Bluejay didn't peck the shit out of him, though. But, he's obviously a pro at this, probably a scientist.

It sure does. The hummingbirds in my backyard will come and yell at me if the feeder is low. Once, two female hummers started flying around my head like electrons and when I looked at their feeder, I saw my cat had hopped on a wall that was way to close to the feeder. They demanded I remove her!
