that was the smartest interview answer he can give though. anything else would incriminate either himself or someone else in charge when you join the military, all you do is do what you're told. you wake up when you're told, you go to bed when you're told, you kill who you're told

as a civilian, I have the right to refuse a search and a pat down. that didn't stop the cops from doing either one of them right before I talked to their captain. in the end, because of that, the entire stop was dismissed.

I'm 6 and 0 in court now, nailed the police a couple of times here in Canada on violations. Not many police know the laws or rights really.
