I have friends in the Starbucks union. Starbucks continues to negotiate in bad faith and try to evade proper wages and labor practices through union busting and attrition tactics.

sbworkersunited.org is their website. Contact them, tell them where you are and that you want to get involved. They should be able to tell you where and when you can join a picket line. You don't have to be a member of the union. Keep showing up, talk to them, know the people in your community

Talk about the time you spend on the picket line in casual conversations at work, with strangers in line at the grocery store, wherever it makes sense. Don't be preachy about it, just describe what you're doing, share interesting moments (protect the identity of strikers). Normalize it in your life

It is incorrect to give Biden and credit for workers unionizing while he was potus. If anything, they were able to do that IN SPITE of his presidency. Bandaids are not enough. We need revolution.
