I like to do the Worldle puzzle in the morning then Google walk around whatever country it is, look at the art, galleries, coffee, shops, and bookstores. I set up YouTube in another tab and listen to music from there. It gives me something delightful to fall back on during the day.
What did I even do in the morning during the Before Smartphone era? Did I quickly pee standing up? Stare vacantly at the mirror while brushing my teeth? I can’t even fathom it.
I made a rule that Im not allowed to look at any kind of social media or news until after 10am. It has done wonders for my well being.
