Is there some minimum level of knowledge at these skills you think is necessary before somebody can call themselves a web developer? Or are they a web developer the moment they pick up any of them?

I think it looks different for everyone, it's not a monolith a person may like coding in highschool and pursue web development in higher education a person could learn how to develop on their own through online courses with the goal of making websites professionally as a web developer
I'm disappointed in the actual argument happening here
I would say it's the difference between someone choosing to change html code directly vs using a wysiwyg. Can you make a website with a wysiwyg interface? Yes. Did you actually write code? No. Did you look at the code your LLM wrote to try to understand it, or did you just yeet it onto a web host?
