The Libs do this every election. Bait the hook with items that sound vaguely progressive, win the election, then do little/nothing. Pharmacare & daycare coverage isn't everywhere & is in jeopardy, the CHA is weak, consumer agencies protect corporations, Carney's love of the env. is evaporating.
Yeah, I think of how he said his wife will ensure he includes #ClimateAction yet now he’s building an LNG port in Churchill as if the climate isn’t accelerating its change. A feel-good sound bite with no teeth. I can’t recall what his wife did in eco movement, but she’s having zero effect.
