I believe that you stated it perfectly and accurately. All of this would end if people would just get a fucking backbone & stop kneeling to the man that isn't the king they're making him out to be. We deserve better than this.

They don’t serve us, they serve the 1%. The destruction of our democracy and the global economy only serves the oligarchs as they snap up everything cheap and we work for less, under worse conditions, because the social safety net is gone. Why would they stop progress towards their own objective?
