Thanks. Me too. Trying to find an attorney to deal with the situation but they all say they don’t do any condo law. Not sure why it’s so difficult.

My friend asked his HOA who their attorney is, he gave me this: James E. Perero at Myers, Widders, Gibson, Jones et al mwgjlaw.com It says Ventura County but this condo is here in SB, so 🤷‍♀️
