Unfortunately, it's kind of more what I'm getting at. Not that I'm promoting it in any way since it'll likely end up with the driver of the car dead. It's just only a matter of time, especially since this appears to be something that you could defend?
Certainly would fall under the stand your ground defense.
from my own research those are the states I'd think for SURE you'd have a real argument. They do have authority stipulations in their stand your ground laws, but they all say clearly identified authority, which this isn't the case. This car even made an attempt to get through with the first car
Sadly, I have a feeling this administration would be thrilled if a member of ICE was gunned down in that manner. They would martyr him and use it for more justification that they can go even more authoritarian police state. I'm sure they are eagerly waiting for this outcome.
