Laws are only EFFECTIVE if there is a mechanism in place to ensure if a violation occurs consequences ensue. Our Republic no longer has an enforcement mechanism in place as it pertains to the enforcement of said Laws in the case of the so-called Commander-in-Chief. Capitulation is in full force...
