I had to mull it over a lot but I think I discovered that what rubs me the wrong way about posts like this saying 'no one is illegal' is that it continues to perpetuate the idea that the focus for illegal immigrants is that they are "illegal" people.

It feels like the opposite of hateful 'illegals aren't real people' by feeding into the idea that the law is somehow the -people- are illegal and not that they violated immigration laws. It feeds into the misconception despite good intentions.

this has been sitting on my desktop a while. the camp in the everglades is still operating, a miami judge ordered a halt on *new* construction, based on an environmental lawsuit. florida is spending something like 400 million on this shit. so yeah, print my art out if you feel so moved to, please.
