Bad news is that they won’t have a representative in Parliament. Good news is, they’ll never have to see him again.
Poilievre was rejected after he failed to engage with his riding and did nothing for the riding. Alberta the guy you elected is being cast aside for a loser. Are you going to stand for that.

100% this right here... but that really is no different than 90% of Conservative MPs...they all tow the dear leader's line and say nothing out of turn. Been that way since Harper tightened the bolts.
But the majority of them in Camrose and other towns don’t care. They think it’s a huge win to have the leader of the opposition as their MP and will convince themselves that any hardships they face are because of the Liberal Party.

I really think the rules need to be changed to where a candidate actually has to be a resident of the district they represent. It shouldn't be too much to ask! I fail to understand how an MP can say they represent a riding when they have no knowledge of it at all.
The only way he can continue the grift. But are the people in that riding smart enough to recognize that, or will they even care? My guess is no to both parts of the question
What I just learned was they are keeping the old MP on to handle things in the riding while Poilievre is in Ottawa.

He couldn’t be bothered to see his constituents in Carleton which is almost within walking distance of his office; once he is elected, he’ll never set foot in this new riding again. Besides distance, he also sees himself as too good to mingle with the likes of the average Cdn.
There were weeds growing up all around his constituency office. That should tell you that he never went there. Having him as your MP will not be the feather in your cap you think it will be. Just ask the good people in his Ontario riding of Carleton. They finally fired him.
God I hope they vote him out. They won’t, but I can hope they react appropriately to being manipulated, used and then left with no functioning MP. Battle River Crowfoot can have better, if they vote for better.

He's going from one of the richest Laurentian Elite constituencies to a huge rural constituency where the combined income of the hard working electorate there is about the same as that of a few households in Carleton #cdnpoli

I live next door to Carleton and in the last five years the boundary has changed little, but the housing has increased at least 30%. Carleton used to be considered rural. No longer. Compare maps.
