All of that would amount to absolutely nothing. It is wasted energy at best, and bad PR for Democrats at worst. Swing voters, the ones who decide elections, who you loathe so much, will see that as being unnecessarily difficult & crying wolf.

If you file for impeachment every week, when you know it won't go anywhere, those voters will absolutely view it as a partisan, non-serious issue. That's bad on it's own, but they'll also view *successful* impeachment (assuming we were to win the midterms) as partisan political persecution.
