I've been breaking down in tears thinking I protested to make sure it never happens in my 20s & 30s are happening right now! I can't be protesting now in my 60 . Do we just rely on today's youth, afflicted with a national apathy that's weakened our collective inner fighters? Are we North Koreans?
I am of your generation, but do not have the same perception that today's youth is apathetic. They see the US for the crap country that it is, catering solely to the super rich & screwing over everyone else. Given an opportunity, they'll burn down the corrupt system & restore democracy in a second.
