Ditto, that. Take a photo of the dryerase board on the footwall each shift so you can remember the names to add to the card.
Now send their billing department a similar note thanking them for the debt. Unless you’re not American.
Yeah, that's not really the energy I'm starting my day with because I'm just grateful to have had such extraordinary care when I got super sick but I hear you.
I love sending out cards
I worked in a hospital, so I bake stuff and take it to the nurses.
I'm sure they appreciate that. :) I received a card from the nurses wishing me well after my cancer surgery and thought that was extremely thoughtful.
Ah, standards of etiquette and good manners. Long may they continue.
I dropped off four bags of donations: sweaters, sweatpants, card games, books, puzzles, coloring books, etc. Then when I handed in my thank you card, I got the oddest look, lol,but that's okay, when people go above & beyond, they deserve a special thanks.
What a lovely thing to do for the patients and staff! Kindness is powerful. Once, when I was in the hospital and in a lot of pain, a nurse appeared like an angel in the middle of the night and rearranged my pillows slightly. I will never forget it.
