After reading this, I am unclear on two points: what happens currently to the North Slope produced gas; ‘overseas’ and ‘Canada’ are used interchangeably but there are critical differences between the two. Can you clarify?

My understanding is that it’s basically all crude and gets shipped out of state. They don’t refine except into jet fuel.
