Not just the price for me but risking getting the Switch 2 bricked because i bought a lot of used games on GameStop years ago. I don't know the history of them if they are tampered or not but that alone makes me avoid it until they change that stupid rule on the system.
Yeah that shit is super worrying. I cant even remember which of my existing games are used or not so...
Apparently Brazil's (iirc) government is going after nintendo over the "remotely bricking consoles intentional" thing on the grounds of consumer rights laws. So if it does happen AND succeeds, hopefully it will set some precedent.
