it does not matter what the total birth rates of america, pakistan, are. This is an effect of hyperreligiousity, and u can see the same effect extreme christian groups or very devout muslims loads of kids.

The question isn't whether they have "loads of kids", the question is whether they have FEWER kids than before. The Maoist PRC had a titanic fertility rate too, and was strictly atheist. Its fertility rates had already begun collapsing before the one-child policy.

The difference is that with the exception of Kazakhstan, Christian and Muslim nations HAVE NOT discovered a solution to collapsing fertility. Israel has, and it would be GREAT if people could replicate it, but I do not think that's possible because of the unique circumstances in Israel.
