When I'm elected president in 2028, I will end the Department of War, restore the Department of Defence and appoint the first female Secretary ON DAY ONE. Perhaps an outstanding black or brown senior officer whose mandate will be to restore a DEI hiring and promotion policy and other damage repairs.
