You missed the point of the joke. I wasn't really asking for half of the Americans to be sterilised but I was just pointing out that their education level is below the bare minimum. Thank you for the lecture about eugenics though

My apologies. Totally agree with you, my initial intentions were to do a “yes, and” off your remark and reference the one above and others like it. You made no glib reference for the use of sterilization to better society of inferiors, but implied that providing education could better society.
