Thank you so much for writing this! I’ve just begun my transition, so we’ll see what HRT can do at first, but it’s great to have more information from those who’ve been there. At 6’1” tall and a 50” rib cage, I’m going to need some substantial growth to get where I want to be.

Yep, big band sizes often need big implants. The good news is that implant shells up to 1445ccs have now been approved for use in the US, so you've got more options than ever!

I would leave to have boobies ... But I'm satisfied il will be flat chested like forever. After my disease three years ago I'm still at risk with anesthesia and probably will be for ever. One lung still doesn't work and I don't know if this will be good for a transplant. 😞

Also, consider that if I will be eligible for transplant I would need to take immunosuppressants for the rest of my life, and the therapy could have bad interactions with the HRT. I'm fucked either way. I will live trapped in this body without any chance of freedom.
