Ooh! I've gotta suggest Lord of Mysteries. Not quite swords and sorcery but alternative history fantasy of a sort, really quite good! Has a really good mystery element to it, too.

Also also cannot recommend Tonari no Yokai-San enough, really cozy rural living anime about living alongside yokai from various perspectives. <3
