I can see WR and CB being the bugaboo positions that maybe this data doesn’t fully represent. A rookie could get really meaningful snaps as a WR3/4 or CB3 and not be considered a starter, especially depending on the offense or the situational, opponent-dependent needs of the defense.
Think this is worth full article treatment. Thinking back, the Eagles spent Day 1 and 2 picks on a bunch of guys who didn't start--which seemed intentional--but I have to imagine there's some signal in, like, top half of the draft guys who aren't getting at least 8 starts in their rookie season.
