Looks like You are right. I have been confused because all republicans have been behind Trump's crazy and reckless policy. I thought that following the laws would be meaningful for them but it is not. I knew there were some MAGA-lunatics but I could not foresee that they can take over the party. 👀

Things are getting really bad. The judges in the Supreme Court make sure that everything Trumps does is "legal". I knew something like this would happen when Trump managed to nominate 3 judges during his first stint. 😐

But why should anybody give a flying FORK what the SCOTUS determines? The law means nothing on every other level. And if the law means nothing… if the Constitution means nothing….just go in guns blazing.
This can easily lead into fights on the streets with guns which would give Trump an opportunity to declare a state of emergency. Pity that also top management in the army is manned with persons who are loyal to Trump. I guess this is what Trump wants: no election because the emergency situation
I get the concern but a coup is carefully planned…. A quick assault…and then it’s over. Sure he controls the military ( many would fall from his graces once they knew what is happening) and even if they don’t that still leaves 325million Americans.
