They always say speed was not a factor, well then what was??? There's no such thing as an accident!

They're very quick to comment on accidents where a car kills someone to absolve the driver, but any other kind of incident they say "it's under investigation, we can't comment on it"

Speed is always a factor in crashes.

My biggest issue with those graphs is that they don’t tell the full story. Yes, 6 out of 10 will survive if hit by a car at 40KMH. But of those, at least half will suffer catastrophic/life changing injuries. Those charts always leave out that critical elements that injuries still happen.
