Really confused on a credit card scam. I have a debit card that is able to be used as a Visa card. I have literally never once used the card for anything. Never used at ATM, gas station, store. Nothing ever. It has never left my wallet. Today got a legit fraud alert

that visa number was used in London. Fraud alert caught it, but I can’t figure out how anyone got that number in the first place.
