La honte serait qu'elle ne prenne pas de décision collégiale, sachant elle même , les biais qui l'empêche de partialité (pour le moins ce qu'un juge doit avoir) La honte serait que ses paires la laisse orienter son jugement sur des texte religieux et non sur le droit international.
Parce que rien ne l'empêche de se déporter elle même vu qu'elle est consciente de ses propres biais. Et d'un côté, tant mieux qu'elle ait avoué ces biais qui devraient obliger ses paires à l'écarter de dossiers risquant de mêler religions au droit internationnal
