You’d have to be insane or ridiculously negligent to let a dog do shit like that with a baby.

Use your head for more than just holding your fucking ears apart.
There’s always one .
Two
Or watching both of them very closely. ;-)
Hah! I knew you’d be here, Karen. 🗣️🗣️🗣️
The dog is being coached. Ugh, hate this.
It is a risk because one out of character move from the dog could do serious damage. Idk, I don't think I'd have the nerves for it.
In this case you could swap ‘nerves’ with ‘stupidity’ confidently
This is our family dog Ru. He could not be more gentle or loving. Extremely intelligent and loyal, as poodles are, we would never let him play with a baby or small child. You just don’t know. In the UK we hear about kids being attacked by the family dog regularly. US dogs are obvs different 🙄😬🤯
Calm down. It's obvious the dog doesn't have any aggressive motions.
Do you think that matters when the dog tries to cuddle up to the baby and knocks it off of something? When it nuzzles the baby's soft spot too hard? When it tries to play bite and the baby jerks their hand away?
Obvs the parent is right there and can guage what's happening in a heartbeat. Your drama is acknowledged and, luckily, you can live your paranoid life as you choose. Have a great evening.
A person can't stop a dog that quickly, Mary. I understand we all love our pets, but it's just common sense to stop behavior like this the moment it starts.
all it takes is one wrong move
Shut up.
What kind of dogs have you raised????
Probably pibbles
Is that pit bulls? I love those guys with the right family.
…or babies???
Nervous babies. Fearful children.
You have no idea what is going on in the dogs mind. I know professional dog trainers and to a person they are adamant dogs cannot be trusted with young children and depending on how big the dog is you have to be careful at all times.
I'm sure you have a hundred dog trainers on speed dial, cough, but the parent is right beside them with the camera. You don't have to be a dog trainer to see this pup means no harm. If you are a Nervous Nellie, always afraid, the dog will pick up your vibes and likely have issues but you do you.
