Authoritarians will create crime and violence when none exist. When the stats don’t scare you, they invent a crisis.

This bill will result in more poor, particularly folks of color, in prisons and the rich will not be consequated.. There used to graffiti in the Arlington St. Boston Subway Station that said: "There's more crime in the suites than in the streets"... I suspect this bill will outlaw the homeless..
