As it stands they already were happy to leave the market over liability lawsuits a generation ago. To the extent they're still in it's because there's a federal mechanism to deal with those claims. Guess what RFK jr is going after right now.

They probably already do, but the US healthcare market is likely larger than most countries. One would think they stand to lose a lot of money without the US buying their products.

Who are they going to lobby? Congress? The house and senate have made it clear they will do nothing to stop this administration.
