I don't think Mr. Walz is anti-trans or hates the homeless like Newsom does, so let's not.

Newsom is a tool (in so so many ways). Let's use what he's doing though. Tools can be set down when they no longer serve our needs. Let's keep supporting Pritzker and Walz. And Gods let us hope/fight so that we can have a real election in the future.

If not clear, he's a tool for going on hateful ppl's podcasts, throwing trans / NB ppl under the bus, and his take on the unhoused population... Probably more I'm missing! He is getting attention in a constructive way and needling well. Multiple things can be true at once.

The only thing that is true, for me anyway, is no, Newsom is not useful. I will never donate to his election fund, and I will never vote for him. He can continue to climb in bed with Ben Shapiro.

I get it, I really do. I think he's a a useful tool at the moment. I also think he overall is a vain, ultimately self serving man. But I want to cauterize the ever gaping wound of democratic collapse. With few stepping up, I'll take it. I'll not donate or vote for him either. Team Pritzker/ Walz tho
