i'm a bit iffy about blocklists after the debacle of kyrie's contraption, but small domain-specific blocklists seem like a good thing every "block this troll" skeet i've seen in about six months has already been caught by the few boutique lists #nzpol

This is the first new blocklist I've added since the invite days. There was that period where bad actors pretended to be one kind of account and then added a bunch of people they'd acquired by follows to blocklists. The weaponisation phase. Since then been quite wary TBH

mmm, i find the idea of ur over 2k mind-bending and as for phone keyboards, i used to touch type with tactile feedback, loved IBM's 3270 era stuff, now it's hold the phone with one hand and type with one finger from the other hand fairly ambi, so i do swap regularly

Loved the click clack of a manual typewriter. An electronic Olivetti which let you type in that tactile way then spewed the letters out staccato when you either filled the one line memory or hit return was deeply satisfying
