Because Trump is a Republican. I’ve never quite understood why, but the media, even the supposedly “liberal” outlets, are far more comfortable going after a Dem admin than a GOP one. Is it fear? Do they think Dem-bashing gets ratings and GOP criticism doesn’t? Are they just bought and paid for?
