I’ve got a middle schooler whose class is doing a field trip to DC this fall. Middle schooler, mom and I are all on the same page: we will take a separate trip when there is a new administration with policies that align with constitutional values.

I have a middle schooler who is supposed to take a school trip there in February. I am going to keep an eye on the situation. It is supposed to be an 8th grade rite of passage, but I don't like the situation there right now.
